Deputy Director Research (Technology): As the Deputy Director Research (Technology), you will be responsible for leading our research team and driving innovation in rubber technology. The ideal candidate should have a PhD in Rubber Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development. 2. Rubber Extension Officer: As a Rubber Extension Officer, you will play a crucial role in disseminating the latest research findings to rubber farmers and promoting best practices in rubber cultivation. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Agriculture or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in extension work. 3. Technical Officer (Research & Development): In this role, you will support our research team in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new products and processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Chemistry or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a research and development setting.
