As a Human Rights Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and protecting human rights in Sri Lanka. You will be responsible for conducting research, monitoring and investigating human rights violations, and providing recommendations for policy and legal reform. We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of human rights principles, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A degree in law, social sciences, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in human rights work is an advantage.
