Head of Value Chain Development: As the Head of Value Chain Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and profitability of our agricultural value chains. You should have a strong understanding of market trends and be able to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 2. Human Resource & Administration Manager: We are looking for a Human Resource & Administration Manager to oversee all aspects of our organization's human resources and administrative functions. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures. 3. Human Resource & Administration Officer: As a Human Resource & Administration Officer, you will support the HR & Administration Manager in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other administrative tasks. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively. 4. MIS Officer: We are seeking an MIS Officer to maintain and manage our management information systems. You should have strong technical skills and be able to analyze data to provide valuable insights for decision-making. 5. Agriculture & Livestock Officer: In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to farmers in the areas of crop and livestock production. You should have a degree in agriculture or a related field and experience working with smallholder farmers.
