CBC Finance is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Head of HR & Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Additionally, they will oversee all administrative functions, including maintaining all office operations and processes. The individual will be expected to possess a high level of expertise in HR and administrative duties, as well as excellent management and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 5 years experience is required for this role.
