Sri Lanka Insurance is seeking an Assistant General Manager for their human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR strategy and initiatives, managing HR operations and policies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. They will also work closely with senior management on developing and implementing organizational development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and talent management strategies. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. A degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
